In a session on Tuesday, The Nevada Senate Judiciary Committee discussed a bill that would require any person that has been convicted of stalking or with extended protection orders against them to surrender their firearms over to the state government.

Across the country, the number of concealed carry permit applicants has been on the rise, however from state to state the rules to receive said permit can be quite different. Nevada has amended their official list of what state permits they will honor by adding the state of Michigan. Michigan has stood up to the requirements of requiring training and of requiring both a clean criminal and mental background.
